Silos Restaurant is located on the NSW South Coast, at the Silos Estate vineyards just on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Berry.
With rolling vineyards for views, Silos Restaurant has seasonal menus that celebrate fresh produce and regional providores. The restaurant takes its name from the 110 year old grain silos on the property. Today one of the silos houses the Restaurant’s wine cellar and the other, now a delightful Wine Bar to extend your foodie adventure a little longer.
At Silos Restaurant you can dine al fresco during summer or by the log fire in winter. Serving contemporary, fresh, farm-style food, you’ll see (and taste) that the dishes can be enjoyed all to yourself, or share-style for a true feast.
Led by Owner / Executive Chef, Andrew Hickie, Silos Restaurant is country cuisine at its first. Andrew is an international renowned chef having cooked for the likes of Oprah, Bruce Springsteen, Tony Blair, Tom Hanks and first class for Qantas and Etihad Airlines.
