Cellar Door Staff (3)
Permanent, Part Time and/or Casual
14-21 hours per week
Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, duties involve Cellar Door Sales; Wholesale Sales; Cellar Door Maintenance; Stock Ordering; assisting other team members in the business as required and compliance reviews for Licensing and Safety Regulations. The role will also include (in season) involvement in wine production including harvest, manufacture, bottling and packaging as well as low level warehouse management and periodic event management. You will have the necessary certifications (e.g. RSA) and prior experience in hospitality is required, although not necessarily in wineries.
This role would ideally suit someone looking to pursue a longer term career in the hospitality/wine industry, but includes those looking for regular hospitality work. Rostering is approximately 1 month in advance, and weekend work is required.
