A lengthy ripening season intensified our reds in 2017. Aged in both French and American Oak, plum and spice characteristics have developed in this cabernet shiraz blend. The result is a well rounded, yet soft red that can be enjoyed now or cellared for the next couple of years. We suggest that this wine is enjoyed with ‘traditional’ beef and lamb meals – roasts, steaks, stews – and of course full glasses and open fires.
