Our preferred choice for sparkling red is shiraz – and good quality shiraz at that. Good shiraz is inherently rich, and this one is no exception – deep crimson in colour with a fine balance between tannins; sweetness and a crisp, dry finish. It really is one of our favourite bottles here – and if it’s not to your liking – we really aren’t offended…it’s more for us.
