CANCELLATION POLICY

Accommodation

• All bookings are transferrable up to six months in advance without penalty (subject to availability).
• Cancellations within three months of stay incur a 10% of the advertised tariff.
• Cancellation within one month incurs a 50% of the advertised tariff.
• No shows incur a full 100% of the tariff.

Cellar Door

• All bookings are transferrable up to three months in advance without penalty (and are subject to availability).
• Cancellations within one month of visit incur 10% of booking amount
• Cancellation within one week of visit incur 50% of booking amount
• No shows incur the fill 100% of booking amount

Restaurant

• All bookings are transferrable up to three months in advance without penalty (and are subject to availability).
• Cancellations within one month of visit incur 10% of booking amount
• Cancellation within one week incur 50% of booking amount
• No shows incur the fill 100% of booking amount

If a product you have purchased from Silos Estate’s is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a guarantee, we will happily refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product.

For some high value products, Silos Estate’s reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to discussing a suitable remedy with you. For products that cannot be assessed in store, we will arrange for the product to be sent to the manufacturer (or relevant repair agent) for assessment.

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original receipt, tax invoice, a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at Silos Estate. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.

Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
